please do not send any operatives to this block, specifically Grant Browne of Flat 3 (7 Creek Road, Hayling Island PO11 9QZ) without speaking to duty supervisor to seek joint attendance from police. Customer has made  threats to harm staff which the police are taking seriously

Do not allow access to Chloe Jay Mitchell, 3D Auckland Road East, PO5 2HA. Any calls requesting access can be run by DO for updates on court case, but no jobs are to be allocated to contractor without prior authorisation by DO!

In relation to flat 4, Collins House, Chichester, PO19 3GA, and the wider area (block), No visits to flat 4 without Police Presence, due to concerns raised the the police about the risk to staff from flat 4 Mr David Bradley.

 

RI raised by Asset operative – There is an ongoing risk from Flat 8. The customer has mental‑health issues and has been verbally aggressive towards residents and operatives. In addition, unknown individuals have been gaining access to the block and using drugs in the communal areas, leaving needles, urine, and blood‑stained items. This presents significant safety and hygiene risks for customers and staff.

If the resident has caused damage themselves and needs an engineer to attend and make safe, we do NOT need to advise of a possible recharge because the VIVID phone line when they call through to us makes them aware ' that if an engineer attends their home and it's not a true emergency OR if they have caused the damage themselves then they're likely to be charged for it ' 

Please DO NOT  advise of a possible recharge if the manual doesn't state this OR if you think the call is potentially not a true emergency.
